Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will negotiate supplier contracts, maintain inventory levels, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies.  

- Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.  

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.  

- Process purchase orders and manage procurement documentation.  

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.  

- Conduct market research to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.  

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.  

- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.  


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.  

- Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is preferred.  

- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles.  

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.  

- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.  

- Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software.  

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  

- High attention to detail and accuracy.  

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Accountant


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.  

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.  

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.  

- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.  

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.  

- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.  

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.  


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.  

- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.  

- Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.  

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.  

- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).  

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
